Engaged in research, user testing, and A/B testing to enhance software design. Developed wireframes, visual UI designs, a comprehensive design system, and a style guide, while providing support to the development teams during the implementation phase. All these efforts were directed towards user-centric improvements, with a focus on color and usability research, and the creation of user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

I used WordPress to build and customize websites, aligning them with clients' business goals and user needs. My practice of integrating user experience design principles ensured optimized user interactions. Further, I harnessed the power of social media advertising, specifically Facebook and Instagram, to enhance client engagement and expand my clientele.
